Learn About E-Statements
What exactly are E-Statements?
E-Statements are electronic versions of your regular Telcom account statements. E-Statements allow you to access your Telcom statement information much sooner than waiting for a paper statement to arrive in the mail. You can view your E-Statements online by the first business day of the month. You can also download or print your E-Statements anytime.
Why should I enroll for E-Statements?
Enrolling for E-Statements will give you quicker access to your statement information and much more. They save time and postage. Plus, E-Statements are green - they save paper! With E-Statements, you can access e-statements from past years. You will also have 24/7 access to your statement information, including cleared check images.
How does it work?
Each month you will get an E-Mail notifying you that your Telcom E-Statement is available to view through Online Banking.
What about cleared check images?
You can click on individual check numbers in the Cleared Check Recap section on your E-Statement and view the check images for items that have not been converted to an electronic format, or cashed at a service center or branch.
What about my Visa statements?
You can also access your Visa statements through our E-Statement service. In fact, Visa statements will usually be available sooner, since our Visa billing period generally ends on the second from last day of the month.
How much does this service cost?
No cost to you! E-Services are available to all Telcom members at no charge.
What software will I need?
You will need Acrobat Reader 7.0 (or a more recent version) to view your E-Statements. You can download Acrobat Reader for free.
How do I enroll for E-Statements?
You can enroll for E-Statements through Online Banking. Once you login to your account, choose the E-Services option at the top of the first screen. Then follow the simple steps to enroll.
If you have not yet used Telcom's Online Banking service, you can enroll using the link at the top of every page with your Telcom member number. You can use your Telephone Banking PIN if you have one. If not, use your social security number the first time you log into Online Banking. You will then be asked to choose a password.
