You can access your account information, make loan payments and transfers, withdrawals and more via their touch tone phone, 24-hours a day through our Telephone Banking system by calling 248.596.4500 or 800.228.3460. During regular business hours, you can speak directly with a Member Services Representative for assistance with any financial needs by calling 800.356.7465.

With our Telephone Banking system, you can:

• Check account balances

• Transfer funds within your account

• Transfer funds to another Telcom account number

• Make loan payments

• Make loan advances (including VISA cash advances)

• Obtain draft clearings

• Obtain check withdrawals

• Provide transaction histories
